Hi, It's have been my six time at this hotel. That means I like the hotel good - location, size of the rooms, facilities Need to improve - the receptionists not responsive enough (had two things I asked none of them was done until I asked for it later) To summarize - I recommend this hotel Ronen

- The staff and the service have exceeded my expectations. - The exceptionally unique design. - The shower toilets/ E-Bidet (not sure what it's called). - The high level of comfort. - The complimentary water and sweets. - The location. - The overall vibe. - The wooden card key is very cool. - The lobby. - The food.

The decor oversell including the stylish bar areas, the comfortable beds and the location were all great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating a family birthday and the hotel very kindly decorated the room, gave us a complimentary cake and round of drinks in the bar. A very special touch - thank you Barbara!

Excellent location of the hotel. Being close to both tottenham court road station and oxford circus makes it even better located. The size of the bathroom is very good. Also I really liked the fact I can sign in to netflix and youtube with my user id, have seen that in a hotel before.

great location. great staff. nice rooms and bathrooms. restaurant is very good, albeit undergoing problems with staffing like the rest of London.

Great location, easy to walk to everywhere. Staff were brilliant. Bed super comfy. Lovely size room. Very clean. Great bar in the hotel as well.
